Laser peels are more effective and require fewer procedures than any other skin revitalization treatment offered in aesthetic medicine today. Laser peels provide vigorous anti-aging benefits that include eyelid rejuvenation, scar revision, and the removal of dark spots and pre-cancers.

Laser peels are ablative procedures that reach the first (epidermis) and second (dermis) layers of the skin. Ablative procedures are more aggressive and have longer downtime than nonablative treatments, which only reach the first layer of skin. Laser peels cause a significant breakdown of the skin and typically result in considerable peeling, crusting, and scabbing.

The light laser peel has very little peeling. Peeling generally occurs 3-5 post procedures. The light peel in general does not result in a significant peel involving crusting or scabbing.
